Senior Communications Specialist
Job Summary
The communication specialist is responsible for planning, developing and implementing internal communication strategies across the enterprise and helps to create informed, engaged, and inspired workforce through the development of effective internal communications. Responsible for the effective delivery of employee communication programs through a wide range of mediums to create impact and engagement. This individual will be the point person and will lead the planning, organization and coordination of internal communication for specific departments and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field is required.
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in communications or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of three years relevant communication and/or writing experience, preferably in a large and complex corporate setting, is required.
