About the role
Mueller Communications is seeking a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in crisis communications to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project management, client relationship building, and crisis response.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee client team activities, including projections, monthly planning, and regular internal client reviews.
- Manage client projects effectively, ensuring appropriate staff are assigned and tasks are completed on time.
- Present recommended solutions to client challenges and forward-thinking, proactive growth opportunities.
- Oversee the initial intake, implementation, and execution of a crisis plan, including responding beyond standard business hours as necessary.
- Ensure all responses and approaches align with client expectations and support the crisis communication strategy.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of PR or communications experience, with a strong background in crisis communications.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Prior agency experience is a plus.
- A desire to mentor junior staff and foster a positive team environment.
