About the role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager with 15+ years of commercial construction experience to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable. This role will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, procurement, and overall project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract administration
- Lead subcontractor coordination and procurement
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure overall project execution and delivery
Requirements
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience
- Healthcare construction experience highly preferred
- Experience managing projects from $1M–$25M+
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills
- Proficiency with Procore and construction management software
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills

Pay
$120,000 – $160,000 per year
