We support clients as trusted advisors, lead owner‑side project management commissions and help deliver multidisciplinary design projects that improve communities and create lasting value. The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join our growing PPM team and help lead the delivery of complex and high‑profile data center project portfolios across the region. This role combines project management leadership with strong commercial and project controls capability. You will support major programs that require robust governance, commercial management and project controls expertise, at portfolio level, for several Big Tech leaders and hyperscale digital infrastructure giants. You will oversee the project level commercial teams. Working directly with clients, Project Directors, technical leaders, contractors and key stakeholders, you will help shape project strategy, navigate complexity and drive successful outcomes from project inception through delivery.
