Senior Commercial Invoicing Representative

Responsibilities
- Manage the invoicing process and ensure all invoices are accurate and released on time according to SOPs
- Responsible for root cause analysis for invoicing issues
- Creation and implementation of SOPs and solutions
- Manage and complete customer-specific invoice requests
- Utilize problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to work with customer account teams and customers to resolve invoicing issues and questions
- Align with cross-functional teams to enhance and ensure consistent processes with accounts receivable, account team, and collections team on matters of delinquent accounts
- Responsible for proposing/developing solutions for invoicing process improvement
- Maintain and oversee professional relationships with customers’ Accounts Payable teams to ensure invoicing practices are aligned and current
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country-specific requirements
Requirements
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and identifying trends
Preferred:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
- Previous experience with the Navisphere system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills with an ability to deal with conflict/sensitive topics
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to use own judgement and make decisions
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
- Effective in multitasking and prioritizing skills and time
- Basic understanding of LTL contracts, rules, and regulations
- Familiarity with automation and/or AI-driven technology in billing or operations
Pay
Compensation Range: $19.95 - $31.55 per hour. The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
