Position Overview We are seeking a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join our Michigan team and play a key role in managing and growing our commercial insurance book of business. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic account management, delivering exceptional client service, and ensuring seamless policy execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented insurance professional with a strong background in commercial lines coverage, proficiency in Applied Epic, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. Job Title: Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager Location: Eugene & Junction City Employment Type: Hybrid Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 + Bonus Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial lines clients, developing strong relationships and ensuring their insurance needs are metHandle the full policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellationsEvaluate clients’ risk exposures and provide tailored coverage recommendationsCollaborate with carriers to secure the most competitive coverage solutions, negotiate terms, and present proposalsIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to meet clients’ evolving needsAct as a liaison between clients and carriers, resolving claims, billing, and coverage issues in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records, ensure adherence to company and regulatory guidelines, and document all client interactions in Applied Epic Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably within an independent insurance agencyProficiency in Applied Epic is requiredStrong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProperty & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
