About the Role

DoiT is seeking a hands-on and enthusiastic legal professional to join the Legal Team of a high-growth, fast-paced, mission-driven company. This role will handle commercial negotiations with strategic partners, channel partners, customers, and vendors, lead channel partner support activities (including MSP, VAR, distribution, SI, etc.), and advise DoiT on a variety of complex legal matters, including go-to-market and strategic initiatives. Your proactive and solution-oriented approach will help manage legal risks and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will contribute to scaling the business while supporting a growing and evolving technology-focused organization.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, identifying key aspects to align with business goals, and proactively address potential issues. Agreements include strategic transactions, partner agreements, license agreements, SaaS and professional service agreements, data processing agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Provide and lead legal support for channel partner activities.
  • Assist in handling other legal matters, such as product launch support, collections, human resources, and/or litigation.
  • Manage day-to-day legal inquiries in cooperation with other legal team members and business units/departments.
  • Address ad hoc legal matters, including corporate entity support, risk assessments, compliance documentation, and data privacy reviews.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate required.
  • 8+ years of substantive experience providing legal advice in an international corporate environment.
  • Highly skilled in supporting sales teams in a technology company; SaaS and channel partner program experience required.
  • Experience with product and offering launches preferred.
  • Commercial mindset: ability to work with cross-functional departments, understand Sales needs, and manage risk appropriately.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects across time zones.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, results-oriented, and proficient in multi-tasking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
