Senior Commercial Carpenter
Key Responsibilities
- Execute expert-level rough and finish carpentry configurations for large-scale commercial facilities, industrial complexes, and institutional properties.
- Command field logistics across multiple high-priority jobsites with high organizational efficiency and zero micromanagement.
- Investigate and resolve complex architectural conflicts, blueprint discrepancies, and structural field obstacles on-site to preserve building momentum.
- Partner directly with Project Managers and Estimators to clarify technical engineering specifications and relay critical milestone progress reports.
- Actively direct, train, and mentor junior carpenters and field apprentices, enforcing the company’s elite standards for structural precision and jobsite safety.
What You Need To Succeed (Qualifications)
- A minimum of 5 years of verified, hands-on professional carpentry experience specifically within a commercial or industrial building environment.
- Expert proficiency in the safe, precise operation of a comprehensive array of commercial power machinery, pneumatic fastening equipment, and technical hand tools.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills paired with a growth-oriented, proactive mindset. You are ready to step up and run a crew.
- Mobility & Logistics: A valid Driver’s License is strictly required to maintain immediate insurability under our corporate fleet policy, along with the flexibility to travel to regional project locations.
