Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts and drive timely collections
• Contact customers regarding past-due balances and payment resolution
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies impacting payment timing
• Partner with internal teams to address account issues and reduce aging balances
• Monitor collection activity and maintain accurate account documentation
• Escalate high-risk accounts and support credit-related decisions as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B collections experience
• Experience managing commercial accounts receivable portfolios
• Strong understanding of collections processes and aging analysis
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
