Senior CMM Quality Engineer

About the role

Responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of CMM (Continuous Manufacturing Methodology) quality standards within the organization. This includes overseeing the development and execution of quality assurance plans, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and conducting regular audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure adherence to CMM standards.
• Oversee the testing and validation of manufacturing processes to maintain product quality.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall process efficiency.
• Train and mentor team members on quality management practices and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CMM methodologies and ISO standards.
• Experience with quality control tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
