Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will focus on strengthening core cloud platforms, improving security posture, and building automation that supports reliable large-scale operations. You will work across infrastructure, authentication, container orchestration, and incident response to help the organization maintain resilient and scalable systems. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to remediate risk, streamline operations, and support secure platform growth in a fast-moving environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $102,600 – $135,000 annually Responsibilities Remediate high-severity platform vulnerabilities and create hardened container base images Maintain and scale the Kubernetes platform, enforcing security standards through Kyverno policies Design and manage secure authentication services using Keycloak and IdentityServer Automate repetitive operations using AI and develop maintainable tooling with Python, Go, and Terraform Drive AWS infrastructure operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident response Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in platform engineering with a focus on security and automation Proficient in container technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes Strong programming skills in Python and Go, with experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially ECS, EKS, and IAM Practical knowledge of identity and access management systems, particularly Keycloak or IdentityServer Solid understanding of Linux systems and vulnerability management Benefits Dynamic work environment with international impact Supportive and fast-paced company culture focused on growth Opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
