Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud-first infrastructure, enterprise SaaS ecosystem, and emerging AI platforms. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will deliver environments that are secure, scalable, and built to support long-term business growth.

What you will do

  • Design, architect, and optimize cloud and hybrid infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with a focus on scalability, security, high availability, and cost efficiency, encompassing automated patching, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies that keep the business resilient and always-on.
  • Lead security initiatives, applying zero trust principles, conditional access, and identity governance while partnering with security teams to enforce compliance, reduce risk, and protect the organization's data and systems.
  • Drive automation practices to reduce manual overhead and improve operational consistency.
  • Govern and optimize enterprise SaaS and AI platforms, overseeing SSO integrations, lifecycle management, and cloud cost optimization to maximize platform value while maintaining security and compliance standards.
  • Establish and maintain observability, alerting, and reporting frameworks across all platforms, ensuring reliability, proactive issue detection, and clear visibility into infrastructure health and performance for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers through cloud migrations, platform transformations, and system upgrades, setting technical direction, maintaining architectural documentation, driving continuous improvement, and serving as the escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges.

What you will need

  • 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required, relevant certifications and demonstrated experience are equally valued.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, cloud networking, identity and access management (Microsoft Entra ID/Okta), and enterprise SaaS platforms integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using PowerShell, Terraform, ARM, or similar technologies, with familiarity in leveraging AI development tools to accelerate delivery and improve resilience.
  • Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environments while applying cloud security best practices, governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical initiatives, coach and uplift team members, and collaborate effectively across IT and business stakeholders.
