Responsibilities
- Provide the highest quality clinical services to all clients of JJPI.
- Develop and maintain clinical utilization at 100% or as assigned by the Director.
- Provide EBP treatment to at least 25% of caseload or as directed by supervisor.
- Supervise clinical students (as assigned by the Director) performing clinical services; provide weekly individual supervision.
- Attend clinical meetings and scheduled supervision.
- Provide supervisors with audio or videotaped samples of sessions as required.
- Maintain comprehensive case management services to clients at 20% case management utilization.
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with agency, managed care, and licensing requirements.
- Aid in developing training programs for other staff.
- Aid in developing and implementing new, innovative treatment strategies.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with other agencies.
- Adhere to all organizational procedures regarding clinical documentation.
- Seek out appropriate professional training.
- Support and take an active role in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion projects/movement at JJPI.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Supervise students performing clinical services, providing administrative guidance with Credible (EHR) and other paperwork responsibilities.
- Provide administrative guidance to assigned point people.
- Submit progress reviews to students’ universities/schools as required.
- Cookordination the timely and accurate submission of all clinical paperwork.
Organizational Responsibilities
- Work effectively with other staff and contribute to the development of a team approach to treatment.
- Provide input into new programs and work to implement more effective methods of delivering services.
- Understand and communicate with other programs within the agency and work to foster a collaborative team approach across all programs.
- Participate in at least one JJPI-related committee (morale, decoration, work group, etc.).
Financial Responsibilities
- Understand the impact of the caseload requirements on the financial performance of the agency.
- Understand the payment source of each client.
- Complete all forms required for submission of bills for services in a timely manner.
- Work with other staff to develop new treatment programs to promote the financial performance of the agency.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a field related to clinical work from an accredited program required.
- Must be licensed in Pennsylvania as a clinical social worker (LCSW), professional counselor (LPC), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or psychologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing sex offense-specific and relational violence treatment at JJPI or a similar specialized outpatient provider.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet service utilization requirements.
- Basic training and implementation in the STATIC 99R, PCL-R, and VRAG.
- Training in at least one of the following evidence-based practices (EBP): Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); Prolonged Exposure (PE); Problematic Sexual Behavior – CBT for adolescent or school-aged children (PSB-CBT-A or PSB-CBT-S); or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Compensation
PHMC Salary Grade 19. Salary is commensurate with experience. As part of the PHMC family of companies, JJPI offers a comprehensive benefits package.
