Senior Program Specialist - Safety

Safety Specialist

The Safety Specialist will focus on:

• Identification, elimination, and control of hazardous conditions
• Assisting project teams with adherence to safety and loss control policies
• Developing and executing site-specific safety plans
• Verifying subcontractor training compliance with OSHA standards
• Administering the McKinstry Safety Program
• Managing safety programs and conducting safety investigations
• Conducting safety meetings and maintaining records
• Promoting safe work practices and conditions

What You Need To Succeed

• OSHA 500 certification preferred
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations
• Ability to recognize and address onsite risk factors
• One (1) year of leadership experience in construction with an emphasis on safety requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field, or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $31.00 – $46.00 per hour.
