Senior Clinical Trial Manager (Sr. CTM)
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we can use other headings? The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we should use those headings if applicable. But we can also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely they expect we map content to those standard headings where appropriate. However the posting doesn't have explicit "Responsibilities" etc. We have sections: Position Description (maybe About the role), The Opportunity (maybe Responsibilities?), What You’ll Bring (Requirements/Qualifications/Skills), Salary Range (Pay), Location (maybe Schedule? but location not schedule), Fit with Nurix Culture and Values (maybe Skills? but could be separate), About Nurix Therapeutics (maybe About the role? but we already have). We need to include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections to include.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID etc.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's none.
We need to output ONLY the HTML fragment.
Thus we need to produce something like:
About the role
Senior Clinical Trial Manager (Sr CTM) ...
But we must not repeat job title as heading; but we can include job title in paragraph.
We need to capture Position Description content: "This individual manages clinical regions and/or multiple trials simultaneously, with broad involvement in work central to Nurix’s strategic goals, and plays a key role in developing junior clinical operations staff."
That's prose.
The Opportunity: list of bullet points (multiple). We need to put them in - .
What You’ll Bring: list of requirements (education, experience, etc.) also bullet.
Salary Range: we need Pay section. Use
Pay
then Salary Range: $181,900 – $193,827 annually ...
(note the typo in original: $193.827 but likely $193,827). We'll preserve as given? It says $181,900 – $193.827 annually. Probably a typo but we must preserve exactly. We'll keep as is.
Location: maybe not a standard heading; but we could include under About the role? Or we could create a Location
but not in list of allowed headings. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests we should use those headings where applicable. Location is not in that list; maybe we should not create a Location heading; we could incorporate location into About the role paragraph or maybe under Pay? Better to include location in a paragraph under About the role or maybe under a generic heading? Since they didn't list Location, we might omit a separate heading and just include location in a paragraph within About the role or maybe under a
after the role description. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can include location in a paragraph.
Fit with Nurix Culture and Values: could be under Skills? Or maybe we create a
Skills
and include culture fit as part of skills? But better to create a Fit with Nurix Culture and Values
though not in list. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but they gave examples. Safer to stick to those headings. However we need to represent that content. Could we put it under Skills? The content is about team orientation, collaborative, solutions-oriented, hands-on, resourceful. Those are skills/attributes. So we could put them under Skills.
About Nurix Therapeutics: could be under About the role? Or maybe we create a separate About the company
but not in list. Could incorporate into About the role? Might be okay to have a separate heading but risk violating instruction. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't explicitly forbid other headings, but they say "use for section headings (e.g. ...)" which implies we should use h3 for headings, and the examples are typical sections. It doesn't say we cannot add other headings like About the company. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should combine where possible.
Thus we could have sections: About the role (includes position description, opportunity, maybe company overview), Requirements (What You’ll Bring), Pay (Salary Range), Skills (Fit with Nurix Culture and Values). Possibly also Responsibilities (the Opportunity). But we already have Opportunity as responsibilities. So we could have About the role (brief), Responsibilities (Opportunity), Requirements (What You’ll Bring), Pay, Skills (Culture fit). That's 5 sections.
We need to ensure we don't create empty sections.
Let's extract content:
About the role: Could be a short paragraph summarizing the role: "Senior Clinical Trial Manager (Sr CTM) You’ve run trials well — now run more of them, and help others do the same. You’ll manage a portfolio of trials or a full region, own vendor strategy end-to-end, and become the person other CTMs turn to when something’s stuck." That's from the first lines. We'll keep that as prose.
Responsibilities (The Opportunity): list bullet points:
- Own operational strategy across multiple clinical trials and/or a full geographic region
- Shape protocol strategy and provide senior input on study design and data collection approach
- Lead vendor/CRO selection strategy and own contract negotiation leverage across trials
- Serve as the escalation point for vendor or site issues CTMs can’t resolve on their own
- Own program-level budget forecasting and proactively flag financial risk across the portfolio
- Mentor and develop CTMs and CTAs, providing hands-on guidance and informal supervision
- Lead audit readiness strategy and serve as the point person across multiple trials during inspections
- Represent Clinical Operations at the program or franchise level, and represent Nurix externally at professional events
- Anticipate risk across the trial portfolio and shape process or strategy to prevent issues before they surface
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives rather than simply participating in them
We need to preserve all.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (What You’ll Bring): list bullet points:
- S./B.A. in biological sciences with 8-10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to travel as required for the program (25%)
- Deep working knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP regulations and guidelines
- Proven experience managing global trials or multi-region programs
- Track record leading vendor/CRO relationships at a strategic, not just operational, level
- Experience mentoring or developing junior CTMs/CTAs
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority
- Comfortable operating with minimal oversight and setting direction for others
- Outstanding organizational skills, able to manage a portfolio of trials simultaneously
- Thrives in a fast-paced, small-company environment, adjusting priorities as needed
We could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (soft skills). But we can combine under Requirements.
Pay: Salary Range: $181,900 – $193.827 annually The posted range applies to roles based in the San Francisco Bay Area and reflects local market conditions. Where an offer lands within that range depends on the candidate’s relevant experience, technical expertise, and how their background aligns with the role’s requirements. Location: Onsite – Brisbane, CA
We need to include location somewhere. Could add a short paragraph after Pay: "Location: Onsite – Brisbane, CA". Or incorporate into Pay section.
Fit with Nurix Culture and Values: bullet points:
- Strong team orientation; highly collaborative
- Solutions and results-oriented focus
- Hands-on approach; resourceful and open to diverse points of view
We could put under Skills.
About Nurix Therapeutics: paragraph about company. Could be included under About the role or separate. Since we want few sections, we could add a short paragraph after About the role: "About Nurix Therapeutics: Nurix Therapeutics is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company..." This is substantive.
Thus final sections:
