About the role

This individual manages clinical regions and/or multiple trials simultaneously, with broad involvement in work central to Nurix’s strategic goals, and plays a key role in developing junior clinical operations staff. The role is based onsite in Brisbane, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational strategy across multiple clinical trials and/or a full geographic region

  • Own program-level budget forecasting and proactively flag financial risk across the portfolio
  • Mentor and develop CTMs and CTAs, providing hands-on guidance and informal supervision
  • Lead audit readiness strategy and serve as the point person across multiple trials during inspections
  • Represent Clinical Operations at the program or franchise level, and represent Nurix externally at professional events
  • Anticipate risk across the trial portfolio and shape process or strategy to prevent issues before they surface

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Comfortable operating with minimal oversight and setting direction for others
  • Outstanding organizational skills, able to manage a portfolio of trials simultaneously
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, small-company environment, adjusting priorities as needed
