Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and optimization of therapeutic candidates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance drug discovery programs
• Perform in vitro and in vivo pharmacology studies
• Develop and execute experimental protocols

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Experience in drug discovery and/or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry, and cell biology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and good laboratory practices
