About the role

The Senior Clinical Training Advisor facilitates a learning environment for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring effective onboarding, ongoing quality improvement, and continuous learning. They conduct regular audits and trend analyses to determine training needs and develop clinical learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate classroom training and role progression/preceptor coordination for new employees.
  • Partner with Enterprise Learning staff on adult learning best practices, curriculum maintenance, and delivery planning.
  • Develop and deliver new and reinforcement training based on audit results and staff needs.
  • Audit and assess relevant training needs based on audit results, trends, and staff feedback.
  • Coordinate or support quarterly and biannual audits as required by business area.
  • Collaborate with business area leaders to create, organize, and maintain relevant training resources.
  • Provide day-to-day staff resource for clinical decision making, systems, documentation, and process guidelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of clinical updates, care patterns, medical policy, and regulatory and governmental rules and regulations.
  • Facilitate business area systems testing and support digital process automation efforts.

Requirements

  • RN with 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Must hold and maintain a valid North Carolina clinical license.

Qualifications

  • Background in operational, administrative, and clinical training.
  • Experience with healthcare, non-patient facing business administration functions.

Pay

$81,068.00 - $129,708.00
