Senior Clinical Educator

About the role

We're looking for a Clinical Educator to join our GI team. This role involves providing training, education, and support for the installation of newly purchased Gastroenterology capital equipment. You'll educate end users of the equipment according to Laborie standards, ensure existing customers are comfortable using their equipment, and provide additional training as needed. Additionally, you'll assist the sales team by promoting the sale of disposable and durable products, and extended warranties while onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, education, and support for the installation of newly purchased Gastroenterology capital equipment.
• Educate end users of the equipment according to Laborie standards.
• Ensure existing customers are comfortable using their equipment and provide additional training as needed.
• Proactively support customer training needs.
• Aid the sales team by promoting the sale of disposable and durable products, and extended warranties while onsite.

Requirements

• Clinical experience in GI motility testing, including esophageal manometry, anorectal manometry, pH and pH/Impedance testing.
• Two years' experience in medical technology company delivering clinical customer-facing materials.
• Ability to work in a highly energized environment with multiple projects.
• Ability to quickly re-evaluate and prioritize needs based on the changing healthcare landscape.
• Ability to travel 50-70% in a designated region.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a nurse is encouraged.
• Clinical educator experience in the hospital, clinic, or medical device setting is preferred.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
