About the role
The Senior Pharmacy Clinical Advisor advises and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to combine clinical pharmacy acumen with holistic desired health outcomes. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing clinical program strategies to improve Medicare members' appropriate medication use, focusing on provider and member engagement solutions.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of healthcare or project management experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or a related field preferred
- Prior managed care experience
- Understanding of metrics, trends, and the ability to analyze and identify gaps in care
- Organizational and prioritization skills

Pay
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
Schedule
Remote work with occasional travel for training or meetings.
Additional Information
To ensure effective remote work, employees must have a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps. Humana may require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Employees in certain states may receive a bi-weekly payment for internet expenses. Humana provides telephone equipment for remote positions and ensures a dedicated space free from interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. The position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
