What You Will Do
- Leading the implementation and optimization of clinical systems and technologies for efficient trial execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address system needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Managing third party IRT vendors.
- Writing UAT test plans.
- Writing/executing UAT test scripts and completing UAT documentation.
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO STAY AWARE OF EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES AND INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES.
Your Profile
- You will have a strong foundation in scientific operations, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
- Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Significant experience in the management and optimization of clinical systems, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams effectively
- Expertise in data analysis and system integration, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive system improvements in a complex organizational environment.
