Senior Clinical Liaison - Inpatient Rehab

Job Summary

A day in the life:

• Advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process by collaborating with clinical teams to assess patient needs.
• Serve as a resource for healthcare professionals through fostering relationships within medical facilities.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and families.
• Facilitate patient transfers and address barriers to accessing specialized post-acute care.
• Help the Director of Business Development lead business development processes, meetings, and pull-through of admissions.
• Assist with the growth and development of volume, strategies, and initiatives, as well as training and mentoring clinical liaisons.
• Completes pre-admission assessments as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Clinical License required
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years of related experience required.
• Demonstrated competency with the pre-admission process including assessments with relationship building in a rehabilitation setting required

Preferred Experience

• Master's preferred
• Proven track record in sales and marketing with at least one year experience in a related position preferred
• Demonstrated computer proficiency
