About the role
The role involves working within the referential drug database team and alongside the current surveillance-customer support pharmacist to handle expanding surveillance and customer support activities. The pharmacist will participate in core pharmacology content development to ensure congruency of content between products.
Responsibilities
- Represents Wolters Kluwer Health-Clinical Decision Support Provider in a positive, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Evaluates and interprets scientific literature and other evidence using clinical experience and knowledge of statistics and research principles.
- Collaborates with therapeutic teams to assess, coordinate, and prioritize customer questions.
- Conducts peer review of content development and maintains good working relationships with therapeutic teams.
- Participates in reconciliation of content across referential databases and other maintenance projects.
- Assists with development and implementation of content updates with adherence to policies/procedures and best practices for high quality work.
- Shares information and expertise with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Facilitates the documentation and reporting of quality issues per corporate policy.
Qualifications
- Pharm.D. with clinical practice residency; or relevant equivalent experience.
- Completed Pharmacy Practice Residency Program, or relevant equivalent experience.
- Board certification in pharmacotherapy or a specific sub-specialty is desirable.
- Active pharmacy license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite.

$144,500.00 - $258,300.00 USD
