As a Sr. Client Success Manager, you will harness this creative energy to deliver outstanding campaigns for our top-tier clients.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director of Client Success, you will act as the operational and visionary engine behind our campaigns. You will oversee campaign execution from the kickoff phase through to the final wrap.
  • Your daily tasks involve translating strategy into practical internal plans and managing project timelines.
  • You will use Asana to coordinate seamlessly across our Sales, Editorial, Design, and AdOps departments.
  • You will serve as the primary contact for client communication.
  • You will manage campaigns across custom branded content, video, and social activations.
  • You will facilitate asset collection and tracking requirements, ensuring every project lands on time and within scope.
  • You will oversee post-sale production budgets to maintain profitability while delivering key performance insights directly to clients.
  • You will identify additional revenue opportunities and provide your unique perspective to assist internal teams.
  • You will have an adaptable mindset to apply processes where helpful and flex in ambiguous situations.
  • You will have exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills to run tight meetings and clear emails.
  • You will have an ability to manage a diverse book of business directly and alongside partners.

Requirements

  • Manage client kickoffs and handle day-to-day client communication throughout the campaign delivery process.
  • Maintain project timelines, task ownership, and milestones from kickoff through to final wrap.
  • Guide cross-functional coordination across departments without tracking ambiguity.
  • Identify risks early and bring practical solutions to every potential problem.
  • Deliver campaign reporting, wrap documentation, and performance insights directly to your clients.
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities and provide your unique perspective to assist internal teams.
  • An ability to manage a diverse book of business directly and alongside partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-6+ years of experience in project management or post-sale account management
  • Proficiency using project management tools, specifically Asana
  • Experience executing post-sale digital campaigns, including custom content, video, and social media
  • Knowledge of ad operations workflows, tracking, and delivery management

Pay

The expected range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000

Schedule

This is a Hybrid role from our New York Office, working 2 days from the office, 3 from home
