As a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate in Embedded Payments, you contribute significantly to a team that innovates and supports the sales process in architecting comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Draw on client feedback and support the channeling, modification, and technical design and adaptation of large-scale solutions. You will work closely with our Product, Sales, and Technology teams to support the sales process and contribute to the architecture of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex payment challenges. Embedded Finance & Solutions (EF&S) drives simple, safe and intelligent embedded payment experiences for clients and their counterparties. EF&S serves as a platform orchestration layer across Payments- and firm-wide capabilities, driving growth through how those capabilities are orchestrated, packaged and delivered. EF&S manages a portfolio of products at all stages of the growth lifecycle, serving as a center of excellence for fraud prevention and helping grow cross-payments solutions for various industries. Like leading fintechs, EF&S focuses on orchestration, modularity and embedded integration, but operating inside a regulated global bank, EF&S leverages the firm's fortress balance sheet, trust and risk capabilities, and unique data assets to make controls and compliance explicit and configurable for our clients. We help our clients grow their businesses by better serving their customers, powering new businesses and revenue streams while making operations more efficient Job Responsibilities Executes the configuration and modification of the firm's existing products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use casesDevelops training and collateral to support the Sales teamOversees the aggregation and analysis of relevant client and market data to support the Solutions team in delivering impactful solutionsEngages with technical roles on the client team to field and answer product queries Supports the JPMorgan Embedded Payments team by defining customer strategy, identifying new opportunities, and accelerating solution adoptionDevelops expertise in Embedded Payment solutions to translate client needs and industry trends into technical requirements for Fintech Institutions Acquires knowledge of U.S. regulatory frameworks to support diverse customer needs, focusing on continuous learning and development Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related productsProficient technical knowledge of the cluster of products and exposure to the sales cycleExperience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineersDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization Experience in supporting the technical design of products or technology applications Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Preferred experience with payment rails like ACH, RTP, Wires, and Push-to-debit Preferred experience in supporting sales with pricing, pipeline planning, and account planningPreferred ability to read and understand API documentation to assist with client integration questions ABOUT US JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
