Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to craft design strategies based on customer insights
- Engage directly with customers to advocate for their needs during product development
- Lead the full design process from concept to execution for your product area
- Ensure high-quality, cohesive design across the product suite
- Contribute to the design system to enhance consistency throughout product designs
- Communicate effectively to align cross-functional teams and clarify design decisions
- Mentor fellow designers through critique and exemplary design execution
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Ability to create scalable designs for diverse customer segments
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work that meets customer needs and improves product metrics
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and visual design
- Strong customer-focused mindset, translating insights into actionable designs
- Experience with AI-powered design features and understanding of machine learning applications
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and AI tools such as Cursor or Claude

Pay
Compensation: $128,400 – $173,600 annually
