Senior Product Designer, Payments

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to craft design strategies based on customer insights
• Engage directly with customers to advocate for their needs during product development
• Lead the full design process from concept to execution for your product area
• Ensure high-quality, cohesive design across the product suite
• Contribute to the design system to enhance consistency throughout product designs
• Communicate effectively to align cross-functional teams and clarify design decisions
• Mentor fellow designers through critique and exemplary design execution

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Ability to create scalable designs for diverse customer segments
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work that meets customer needs and improves product metrics
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and visual design
• Strong customer-focused mindset, translating insights into actionable designs
• Experience with AI-powered design features and understanding of machine learning applications
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and AI tools such as Cursor or Claude

Pay

Compensation: $128,400 – $173,600 annually
