About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process documentation related to client onboarding and maintenance
- Perform client and prospect data entry in the firm's CRM
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of various deliverables
- Have efficacious communication skills to serve as the liaison between clients and investment managers
- Complete money movement requests
- Coordinate with clients to provide annual audit confirmations
- Perform calendaring functions with both internal and external teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within financial services
- Series 65 or 66 highly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM experience highly preferred
- Charles Schwab experience preferred
