About the role
You will help our most important customers move their business forward by strategically positioning Verizon AI Connect solutions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll add value for us and our customers by solving their complex business problems related to AI resource-intensive workloads.
Responsibilities
- Strategically position Verizon AI Connect solutions to help customers move their business forward.
- Solve complex business problems related to AI resource-intensive workloads for customers.
- Become a specialist for your customers and your peers by expertly packaging and tailoring our AI Connect solutions.
- Leverage our best-in-class network assets, including dark fiber and Wavelength offerings, to meet customer needs.
- Establish Verizon as the premier business partner in your accounts.
- Develop deep relationships with customers, understanding their businesses, markets, and challenges, particularly concerning the performance and scaling of AI workloads.
- Craft creative solutions to help customers realize their AI goals.
- Grow our business while making customers happy by providing intelligent and secure AI connectivity.
Requirements
- A comprehensive understanding of the customer's strategic vision, coupled with an in-depth analysis of their unique operational landscape and challenges, particularly within the domains of Artificial Intelligence and high-performance networking.
- A sophisticated ability to conceptualize and integrate innovative solutions that precisely address the customer's most critical requirements, with a particular emphasis on leveraging dark fiber and advanced network architectures for optimizing AI workloads.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to identifying mutually beneficial outcomes and a strong aptitude for data-driven analysis to articulate network performance metrics and the efficacy of AI solutions.
- A senior-level selling position that requires significant technical and strategic acumen.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Experience partnering with and/or selling to large hyper-scaler organizations.
- Proven success in selling large, customizable and complex solutions in network and data center solutions like cloud computing, security, and call center solutions, and CPE offerings, with specific experience in high-bandwidth, low-latency solutions such as dark fiber, Wavelength, and AI connectivity platforms.
- Experience in account development and leadership.
- A valid Driver's license.
- Willingness to travel.
Skills
- Understanding and evaluating industry, business, and customer trends to build strategic plans that drive sales of Verizon AI Connect and related high-bandwidth, low-latency networking solutions.
- Developing deep relationships with customers while getting to know their businesses, markets, and the challenges they face, particularly concerning the performance and scaling of AI workloads.
- Crafting creative solutions to help customers realize their AI goals, utilizing private and secure network services like Dark Fiber and Wavelength for optimal connectivity.
- Selling Verizon AI Connect services and data center solutions to help our customers connect better and become more efficient, specifically addressing their needs for edge-to-cloud connectivity and programmable network capabilities.
- Demonstrating the value of Verizon AI Connect's speed, reliability, and flexibility so that customers choose our solution.
- Growing our business while making customers happy by providing intelligent and secure AI connectivity.

Pay
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $127,500.00 - $222,000.00.
Schedule
This is a mobile role, you'll primarily work from customer or field location(s), with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40.
