Senior Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on project management for one or more client brands.
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships.
• Partner with Strategy, Design, Naming, and Brand Performance teams to successfully deliver client projects.
• Become an expert on your client’s organization and brand, aligning their business needs with Landor’s capabilities.
• Spark intrigue, spot opportunities for clients, and successfully sell new business.
• Ensure all presentations, proposals, and communications are error-free and of the highest quality.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Previous experience successfully leading client projects in a brand/design agency.
• Ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients at all levels.

Pay

The salary for this position may range from $65,000 to $100,000, varying based on job-related factors including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
