Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Lead renewal processes, working closely with clients to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to secure existing business and identify opportunities to expand services.
- Contribute directly to client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience or High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- 1+ years supervisory experience.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Qualifications
- Experience managing clients in employee benefits or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and delivering results.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Commitment to ethical practices and doing business the right way.

- Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
- Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
