Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Lead renewal processes, working closely with clients to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to secure existing business and identify expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business.

Requirements

• Experience managing client accounts in employee benefits or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
• The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A commitment to ethical practices and doing business the right way.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience - OR - High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred

• Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
• Solid financial acumen.
