Senior Client Executive

We are seeking individuals who can help our clients manage risks and provide peace of mind during uncertain times. Ideal candidates will be able to support business owners and their employees, enabling them to focus on their core objectives.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients in managing various risks including weather, injuries, and other unforeseen events.
- Providing peace of mind to clients through comprehensive risk management solutions.
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Utilizing advanced AI technologies to enhance the recruitment process and identify the best candidates for open positions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Experience working with business owners and their teams.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment and candidate evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in risk management or related fields.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. Some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on individual performance and/or company performance.
