Responsibilities

  • Identify new contacts, leveraging LinkedIn and other resources to uncover opportunities within both current clients and new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Create cohesive proposals that include summaries of objectives, pricing, and methodological recommendations.
  • Grow into an individual contributor role, owning and executing your own sales pipeline.
  • Support capabilities meetings, presentations, and project scoping conversations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and study execution processes.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated with industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Market Research/Insights, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the market research or insights industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales team goals.
  • Ability to be self-starting and work autonomously while contributing to the team.
  • An analytical and consultative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a CRM system (a plus).
  • Willingness to travel as required.
