Responsibilities
- Identify new contacts, leveraging LinkedIn and other resources to uncover opportunities within both current clients and new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Create cohesive proposals that include summaries of objectives, pricing, and methodological recommendations.
- Grow into an individual contributor role, owning and executing your own sales pipeline.
- Support capabilities meetings, presentations, and project scoping conversations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and study execution processes.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated with industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Market Research/Insights, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the market research or insights industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales team goals.
- Ability to be self-starting and work autonomously while contributing to the team.
- An analytical and consultative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a CRM system (a plus).
- Willingness to travel as required.
