About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Specialist (Private Wealth) to join our Saint Louis, MO office. This position works onsite at least 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Workflow Ownership
- Coordinates workflow for assigned attorneys, delegates tasks, follows up, and ensures quality control.
- Anticipates and resolves administrative challenges for attorneys with minimal supervision.
- Coordinates and tracks ongoing projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Supports business development initiatives, including coordinating events and preparing pitch materials.
- Manages client communications, handles sensitive information, and serves as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments.
- Provides administrative support, including managing attorneys' inboxes, drafting and reviewing emails, and organizing correspondence.
- Prepares and processes new matter forms, coordinates client billing matters, and assists with alternative fee arrangements and matter budgets.
- Types, transcribes, revises, and proofreads legal documents with accuracy.
- Shows proficiency in Private Wealth practice specialty and takes responsibility for exchanging information and training tips with team members.
- Delegates tasks to other teams and identifies opportunities for process improvements using automation and AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with major coursework in a related field or equivalent professional and educational experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience providing comprehensive support to organizational leadership, preferably in a professional services environment.
- 3+ years of relevant legal assistance experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and drive work to resolution with minimal direction.
- Strong communication skills, including providing concise, solutions-oriented status updates and recommendations to attorneys and other stakeholders.
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm; previous transcription experience preferred.
- Exercise discretion, judgment, and composure in handling confidential information.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
