Senior Client Delivery Specialist (Commercial Litigation Executive Legal Assistant)
Job Summary
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Specialist (Commercial Litigation) to join our team in one of our Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Jefferson City, Kansas City, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Omaha, Springfield, or St. Louis offices. This position works onsite at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Workflow Ownership
- Coordinates workflow for assigned attorneys, delegates tasks, and manages priorities.
- Prepares and processes new matter forms, coordinates billing, and assists with budget tracking.
- Supports business development initiatives and maintains client databases.
- Maintains attorneys' inboxes, drafts emails, and organizes correspondence.
- Manages document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.
- Shows proficiency in Commercial Litigation practice group duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework or commensurate experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in professional services, preferably in a legal environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and communicate effectively.
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm; previous transcription experience preferred.
- Discretion, judgment, and composure in handling confidential information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with major coursework in a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant legal assistance experience.
- Proven ability to anticipate and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, including concise, solutions-oriented status updates.
- Exercise discretion, judgment, and composure in handling confidential information.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds occasionally.

Compensation is commensurate with skill and experience, ranging from $63,000 to $122,000 in Illinois and $70,000 to $115,000 in Minnesota, depending on location and other factors.
