Overview
The Senior Client Advisor role is a top-performing Brand Ambassador at Moncler, embodying the Moncler Client Promise and Selling Ceremony. This role is expected to be among the top individual contributors in the store, setting the standard for sales performance, client development, and service excellence.
Position Overview
Guided by Moncler's purpose, "to unleash the extraordinary in everybody," and core values, the Senior Client Advisor acts as a natural relationship builder with strong commercial ability. They guide clients through the brand's values, heritage, and product universe, building a deep understanding of their needs to create long-term value for both the client and the business.
- Support onboarding and development of Client Advisors by sharing knowledge, product expertise, and selling best practices.
- Provide peer-to-peer guidance and contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Support the team during peak business periods to ensure a seamless client experience and appropriate floor coverage.
Your Impact
- Act as a role model on the sales floor, demonstrating best-in-class client engagement and selling techniques.
- Build, manage, and grow a strong client portfolio with a focus on retention and repeat business.
- Drive proactive client outreach, including appointment selling, follow-up on charge sends, phone sales, and after-sales service.
- Attract new clients through networking and community engagement.
- Provide styling advice and share knowledge of fashion trends, brand heritage, and product features.

Client Deliver
- Personalize and elevate client experiences aligned with the Moncler Client Promise and Selling Ceremony.
- Capture and maintain high-quality client data to personalize future interactions.
- Proactively engage with clients, including appointment selling, follow-up on charge sends, phone sales, and after-sales service.
- Attract new clients through networking and community engagement.
- Provide styling advice and share knowledge of fashion trends, brand heritage, and product features.
Business & Sales
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (sales, UPT, ADT, data capture, repurchase rate, proactive business target retention on locals, enrichment).
- Demonstrate strong client development behaviors, including outreach and relationship management.
- Review personal performance and adapt selling strategies to improve results.
Operations
- Follow all Company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support inventory preparation and execution as needed.
- Maintain follow-up on client transactions (repairs, holds, special orders).
- Serve as a Product or functional Major, supporting focus and expertise within a specific product category.
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or client-focused environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing client relationships.
- Strong clienteling mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Results-driven with strong sales and service focus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fashion-forward with an interest in luxury retail.
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency and strong communication skills in the local language required; proficiency in English or other languages may be required based on business needs.
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems.

Moncler Group is an equal employment opportunity employer. Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the hourly range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $28 to $31 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, the hired candidate will also be eligible for commission, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, paid holidays, accrue paid vacation time, 4 personal days, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
