About the role

The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, exceeding sales goals, and mentoring other sales associates. Through product knowledge and operational foresight, they will build an outstanding internal and external client experience and support Fendi’s dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze individual business and propose and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales, craft new clients, and reactivate former ones.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels are available.
  • Continuously empower sales staff to meet assigned sales and performance-based goals, including leading by example in sales.
  • Build and maintain client book; follow-through with client concerns, inquiries; maintain customer correspondence to build clientele, improve relationships, and drive business.
  • Participate in the training of new Client Advisors (product knowledge, store procedures, company policies).
  • Maintain open and ongoing communication and positive relationships with store management, peers, and other levels of company personnel.
  • Achieve top seller status: highest performance in high-end sales, highest in Peekaboo sales, and overall highest in volume.
  • Lead customer service quality to meet customer expectations by offering excellent customer service standards.
  • Develop dedicated Fendi customers, implement appropriate CRM tools, and maintain customer database.
  • Act as brand ambassador to strengthen and build relationships with VIP clientele and prospect customers.
  • Achieve positive Mystery Shop results.
  • Assist with special requests, including but not limited to repairs, special orders, returns, etc.
  • Proficient and accurate use of POS system and other software as needed, updating customer database.
  • Be a Fendi Ambassador at all times.
  • Follow Fendi grooming guidelines.
  • Complete all vital administrative paperwork (e.g., transfers, consignments, reservations) in a timely manner.
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company’s critical metrics and policies.
  • Ensure maintenance of cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrink requirements in department as advised.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain merchandising standards per VM standards.
  • Know the best sellers and have them on display at all times; replenish sell-through of stock.
  • Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
  • May have responsibility for opening/closing the store as needed, including morning team meeting.
  • Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
  • Follow Health & Safety guidelines.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
  • Minimum High School Degree.
  • Strong drive for results; goal-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
  • Organizational and strong digital literacy required; technologically savvy.
  • Ability to advise a team.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 10 lbs.
  • Must have flexible availability: some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The base compensation for this role is $27 hourly plus commission.
