Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional Senior Client Advisor career opportunity available at our Scottsdale boutique. The Senior Client Advisor plays a key role in driving store performance through exceptional sales results and elevated client engagement.

MISSION

  • Lead by example on the sales floor through exceptional individual sales performance and client engagement
  • Support the onboarding of new Client Advisors and contribute to the ongoing development of team members by sharing best practices and product expertise on the sales floor
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment through professionalism and teamwork on the sales floor
  • Deliver outstanding and elevated client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
  • Show passion in connecting and reconnecting with clients, placing them at the center, identifying their needs and anticipating their future requests
  • Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business
  • Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals by having a business mindset and an entrepreneurial approach
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for the client, demonstrating passion for the fashion culture
  • Build transparent and genuine relationships with clients, creating unique and lasting connections
  • Communicate in a professional and authentic way, with clients and colleagues
  • Effectively use all the available tools to optimize business opportunities
  • Proactively support the front and back-of-house teams, their achievements and ultimately the overall team spirit
  • Uphold and adhere to all company policies and operational procedures

PROFILE

  • Previous experience delivering high-quality, client-focused service, ideally within fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
  • Consistently delivers strong sales results and sets a high standard through elevated client engagement on the sales floor
  • Demonstrates personal taste and passion for the fashion culture, with the ability to create personalized looks
  • Demonstrates a natural business mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Open-minded, with an appreciation for a Maison that values audacity, authenticity, and creativity
  • Strong team-centric attitude and commitment to achieving common goals
  • At ease with using digital tools and applications; learn fast with new technologies
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask & prioritize
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills, in English and local language
