We are seeking a Senior Client Advisor for our Leesburg location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional, emotionally enriched client experiences, building long-term loyalty, and driving sales through personalized service and CRM initiatives. The Senior Client Advisor mentors the team, fosters collaboration, and maintains a positive, forward-thinking environment while upholding the brand’s standards of craftsmanship and style.
Responsibilities
- Inclusive Leadership: Lead on the selling floor, drive individual and team objectives, and be accountable for sales results.
- Collaboration: Work authentically and empathetically with peers to achieve team goals, create a positive work environment, and support operations by maintaining stock in designated areas.
- Customer Centricity: Transform each client interaction into a memorable, hand-crafted experience by understanding and anticipating client needs, demonstrating expert styling and brand knowledge, and promoting cross-selling to increase UPT metrics.
- CRM Engagement: Capture and maintain client data in the company’s CRM to nurture ongoing relationships.
- Agility: Innovate to improve client value and operational performance; meet company KPIs and recommend strategies to enhance results.
- Sales Execution: Engage clients in person, by phone, or email, with the physical ability to assist with fitting and styling across shoes and ready-to-wear.
Qualifications
- A caring and intuitive Senior Client Advisor with a passion for style and a deep understanding of luxury client desires, needs, and expectations.
- Mastery of storytelling and the art of asking engaging questions to connect with clients.
- Computer proficiency to track inventory and manage CRM data.
- Proficient English language skills; knowledge of a second language preferred.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, with luxury retail experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management, including proper telephone etiquette.
- Capacity to multitask while remaining attentive to customers and flexible to business needs.
- Team player who takes initiative and works well independently.
Schedule
- Regular and reliable attendance, typically five days per week.
- Full-time schedule (37.5 hours) or part-time schedule (20–29 hours), depending on store needs.
- Required to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on store requirements.
