Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple client relationships, in both a primary and support capacity with the goal of becoming the trusted advisor for our client families.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, responding via phone, video, and in-person meetings with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Proactively identify and address client needs while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Partner with our wealth planning team (when applicable) to ensure clients’ income tax, estate, and philanthropic plans are executed.
- Prepare and maintain client balance sheet and data aggregation (when applicable).
- Sources and supports the team in identifying and pitching new potential clients.
- Work with our wealth planning and tax teams on pre-transaction tax mitigation strategies and concentrated position management (when applicable).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.
- Completion of advanced degree or certification CFP, CFA, MBA, or JD strongly preferred.
- 7 – 10+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory required with demonstrated client engagement experience.
Professional Attributes
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Salesforce experience preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and their professional advisors regarding investments, high-level estate planning items, investment and financial markets, and high-level tax planning items.
- Foundational knowledge of investments, including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternative investments.
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated to learn, grow, and assume increasing responsibility over time.

Pay & Schedule
This role is based in our Newtown Square, PA location. The office provides wealthy individuals and families with highly informed and customized investment advice and a disciplined framework for making financial decisions. The office serves approximately 250 families and manages $22 billion of assets under advisement. This position operates within a hybrid work arrangement.
