Senior Class Sponsor

Responsibilities

• Hold monthly meetings on a specific day of the week and time.
• Record attendance and keep notes/minutes from each meeting.
• Attend and report on Student Council meetings.
• Assign one student representative to attend each Student Council meeting.
• Fundraise for the senior class gift and to offset prom tickets.
• Plan and oversee Movie Night during homecoming week.
• Sponsor supervision required for all events.
• Chaperone Prom and Prom Activities.
• Organize and sell senior shirts.
• Plan, organize, and execute Lucky to be a Charger Activities.
• Assist with the planning of the Senior Picnic and end of the year activities.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to lead and manage class council activities.
• Experience in organizing and executing events.
• Good communication skills to liaise with school administration and faculty.
