About the role
As a Senior Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for handling complex claims related to cyber incidents. You will work closely with internal teams to assess risks and provide expert advice on mitigation strategies.Responsibilities
- Assess and investigate cyber-related claims in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and legal teams to develop and implement effective risk management plans.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on insurance coverage and policy interpretation.
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting cyber insurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Risk Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a claims handling role, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with claims management software.
