Senior Claims Adjuster

Interviews will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce your knowledge the lifecycle of a Workers Compensation claim and the governing codes and laws
• Ensure timely and accurate benefit provision, according to claims management, corporate policies & procedures and DWC laws and regulations
• Proactively and independently, manage, finalize and control (adjust) an inventory
• Collaborate with a team of claims professionals and other stakeholders
• Serve as a resource to other team members and/or other internal staff
• Ensure delivery of a high-quality claims product as demonstrated by successful execution of job duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of workers' compensation claims adjusting experience
• Bachelor's degree (transcripts with conferral date acceptable)

Pay

Salary range: $6,646.00 – $8,324.00 per month. New to State candidates will be hired at the minimum of the range. Note: The posted salary range does not reflect the reduction in pay under the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025).
