As our New Orleans office continues to expand, this role offers an opportunity for an experienced engineer to take ownership of projects while contributing to team development and long-term office growth. Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting and construction support
• Oversee civil site development and infrastructure design for public and private clients
• Prepare, review, and seal engineering calculations, plans, and technical documents
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and project stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Support quality control and ensure projects meet professional and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Several years of experience in civil site development and/or infrastructure design
• Strong knowledge of permitting processes and design standards
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities
• Interest in mentoring staff and contributing to team growth
