Senior Civil Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural design for infrastructure projects including roads, highways, and commercial developments.
• Prepare and review drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to develop cost-effective, constructible solutions.
• Support estimating and bidding efforts, conduct site visits, and mentor junior staff in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.
