Senior Civil Design Engineer

Serve as Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer

• Manage civil engineering projects from concept through final completion.
• Develop civil engineering designs, plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Cookordination permitting activities with local and state regulatory agencies.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop practical and cost-effective solutions.
• Plan, schedule, and execute multiple civil engineering projects while maintaining budgets and timelines.
• Conduct design reviews, client meetings, construction meetings, and project coordination meetings.
• Oversee project quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Support business development, proposal preparation, and marketing efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Travel regionally and nationally as required for project and client needs.

Qualifications And Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 Years Of Civil Engineering Design Experience.
• Experience working with an engineering consulting firm preferred.
• Current Florida Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Experience with municipal, commercial, and industrial civil engineering projects.
• Strong project management, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required.
