About the role
Senior Manufacturing Engineer responsible for supporting production goals through planning, developing, and executing manufacturing processes and projects.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes by analyzing product design, materials, tooling, and equipment.
- Develop manufacturing strategies for new and existing products, collaborating with engineering teams.
- Assess costs, time standards, tooling, and process needs.
- Maintain manufacturing documentation, records, and reporting systems.
- Optimize workflow, space, and equipment layout to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure product and process quality while complying with regulations.
- Train and guide technicians on design and development projects.
- Support operational coordination and contribute to team objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant engineering experience, or Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Circuit Card Assembly and Surface Mount Technology.
- Root Cause and Corrective Action analysis.
Position involves supporting manufacturing operations, process development, quality assurance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet production objectives.
