About the role

MicroCare, LLC was established in 1983 to meet the demands for precision cleaning fluids in the electronics and metal fabricating industries. The first MicroCare products were aerosol cleaning fluids for defluxing circuit boards. Since then, our line has grown.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cleaning solutions for various industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the research and development of new cleaning fluids and technologies.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise and product demonstrations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning fluid formulation and application.
• Strong understanding of chemical properties and their effects on materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.
• Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
