Senior Chemist
Responsibilities
The Senior Chemist will provide critical technical support to Industrial Applications customers through laboratory projects, formulation development, and direct customer engagement in cooperation with account managers and business leadership. This position develops independent projects with high commercial potential, serves as a key technical resource for customers and internal stakeholders, and contributes to sales growth through innovative formulation and application solutions.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Chemistry or a closely related field, with 5+ years of experience in industrial chemistry, formulation development, and customer service. Experience in high-performance industrial applications, such as lubricants, metalworking formulations, and related markets, is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
