Job Summary
The Senior Change Lead will drive organizational change management (OCM) activities supporting ODCP across in-scope markets, beginning with Mexico. This role partners closely with program leadership, IT, business stakeholders, and teams supporting TPM and REX to ensure effective change planning, readiness, and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Change Management Leadership
- Lead end-to-end OCM activities, including stakeholder impact assessment, change strategy, communications alignment, and adoption planning
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
- Monitor and report on business readiness across markets
- Partner with program and market leads to track readiness, risks, and adoption progress
- Support deployment planning and cutover readiness activities
Requirements
- Senior level practitioner with 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
- Experience supporting large, integrated technology or planning transformations across multiple markets
- Proven ability to operate independently and lead work within complex, matrixed environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort embedding within an existing transformation team
